We are delighted to learn that you wish to rejoin the AMQ®. As a professional massage therapist, you deserve simple feedback.
First stage…
In order to simplify your readmission request, we need to know if you have already had a personal profile with the AMQ®.
The personal profile is a virtual platform, more precisely a secure section in which members has access to their personal AMQ® account.
If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can check everything with you at 418-663-0168 or at the toll-free number, 1-866-663-0168.
- First, connect to your personal profile by clicking on the “My Profile” button at the top of the home page of the AMQ® website.

- If you have forgotten your password, click “Lost Password?” and follow the instructions.
- Next, update your personal information in your profile.
- To do this, go to the menu, click on your first name and on “My profile”.
- Then, send an email to info@amquebec.qc.ca so that we can take out your paper file and start preparing for your readmission. Simply add the following to your message :
- Your first name and last name;
- Your AMQ® licence number;
- Your phone number;
- The reason for your message (a readmission request for which the personal profile already exists);
- Your certifications, diplomas, certificates, etc., if you have completed studies and/or training since the end of your AMQ® membership;
- The signed and dated commitment form.
- We will be happy to contact you as soon as possible to answer your questions and reactivate your file.
- First of all, send an email to info@amquebec.qc.ca so that we can take out your paper file and start preparing for your readmission. Simply add the following to your message :
- Your first name and last name;
- Your AMQ® licence number;

- Then, complete the online membership form.
